We have developed our own tool for cutting the internal grooves using a lathe! And I've developed 3D printed depth gauges for all 3 types of CrushGrind® mechanisms. These are included with the purchase of a groove cutter.
Our GROOVE CUTTER is adjustable, it can be used for CrushGrind® SHAFT, CrushGrind® shaftless WOOD, CrushGrind® SHAFT MINI and the stopper fixtures.
Just select your job, move the bar, and tighten the wheel.
Measures 33 cm (13-in) long, including a 22 cm (8.7-in) handle.
Utilizes M43 steel.
