For orders to the USA, due to new after-order courier admin charges related to US tariffs, order quantity must be $75 USD or more excluding shipping and duties/tariffs. Tariffs, if any, will be billed and prepaid. Responsibility for successful shipping transfers from the shipper to receiver upon pickup by the courier. Orders that are returned by US Customs and Border Protection, shipping and duties/tariffs are non-refundable.
The top fixture is the insert that goes into the base of the stopper (top). The pentagon-shaped shaft goes into the top fixture when replacing the top after refilling.
